GIVING

God provides for the ministry of our church through your tithes and offerings and your gifts are honored with faithful stewardship, ethical business practices, and accountability to our lead team and denomination. It’s more than keeping the lights on and the gears turning; it’s about personal worship to God and handing Him back what He already owns…and it’s about lives changing through the transformative power of the Gospel in our region and beyond. God’s Word calls us to obediently “tithe” (give 10%) of what He gives us, to do His kingdom work. “Offerings” given to God are gifts above and beyond our tithes.

 

At First Baptist Church of Nocona, we accept tithes and offerings via both lock-boxes in the foyer of the auditorium or plates around the stage. We also offer the opportunity to give online via GIVE links on our webpage. Tithes and offerings are kept completely confidential.

General Fund Offering

Our General Fund serves to support the ongoing efforts and operations of the First Baptist Church of Nocona by funding our annual budget. We also utilize tithing and offerings each month by contributing to various cooperative programs. Some of these include:
