Plan A Visit
When does your worship service start and how long does it last?
We start at 10:45am and are dismissed by noon.
What kinds of things do you do during your worship service?
Our service consists of the reading and preaching of God’s Word, prayer, singing, and giving. Once a month (usually the 2nd Sunday of the month), we observe the Lord’s Supper as a church family.
Where do I park?
We have parking lots directly across from the church building to the east & north, as well as some spaces directly in front of the building. Feel free to use any open space. There is no reserved parking.
Where do I come in?
It’s probably easiest to enter through the three sets of double doors that lead into our auditorium (the tall building with the peaked roof and the pillars in front). You can also enter our main entrance through the courtyard by the playground or the north entrance facing our Family Life Center.
What do I wear?
We don’t have a dress code, either officially or unofficially. Most people in our worship services are dressed casually. You will see a few women in dresses, even fewer men in suit coats, and almost no ties. Feel free to come in whatever makes you comfortable.
What kind of music do you sing?
Our Sunday morning worship is a mix of old and new, classic and contemporary, hymns and praise songs, led by our worship team, including acoustic guitars, piano, keyboard, hand drums, and vocalists.
What about my kids?
For those under the age of 4, we have a nursery staffed with trained volunteers. For those age 4 through the 2nd grade, we invite them to stay in our worship service through our time of singing, and during the preaching, they are dismissed to Children’s Church for age-appropriate teaching with our volunteers. Children in the 3rd grade and above are welcome to stay in our worship service, even if they get a little restless and fidgety. These are signs of life and we embrace them. Please rest assured that these are general guidelines, not hard and fast rules. We will work to accommodate your children and their unique needs.
Do you have Sunday School classes?
We do! We offer Sunday school classes for children, students, and adults starting at 9:30am. When you arrive, one of our volunteers can make sure you get to the class that best suits you. While it’s certainly not mandatory, if you’d like to let us know in advance that you’re coming, send us a note.
Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Our auditorium is accessible by the ramp on the south side of the front portico, and upon entering, wheelchair parking is available on the back three rows to your left. The education wing, fellowship hall, and Family Life Center are all accessible by double doors at ground level.
